Installing the 17-6803, 17-6822 and 17-6903 Coil

Start by scraping the plastic off of the mounting ears of the coil

(17-6803 Only)

You can use ordinary ground clamps, available at a hardware store, to clamp the coil to the cross bar under the gas tank.

Go to Home Depot and buy 2 Ground Clamps (1/2 - 3/4 - 1") #051411160104 @ $1.46 ea.

Attach the clamps to the coil using bolts in place of the screws and clamp to the cross bar.
